—Echoes from the Field, published at Denver, Colo., says: “After reviewing the ‘flag salute’ in the public schools, Superintendent Harding has decided that, as it now stands, it is a religious test, and has accordingly ordered that all students expelled for noncompliance with the salute order be reinstated at once. This decision is certainly encouraging.”
