FIVE members were added to the church in Alameda, Cal., on the 29th ult.
BROTHER J. F. BALLENGER notes the recent addition of nine members to the church at London, Ont.
THE librarian of the church at Uncompahgre, Colo., reports an addition of three to the membership.
AT Eleva, Wis., five persons recently accepted the truth as presented by Brother Swin Swinson, and a Sabbath-school was organized.
THE Iowa Bulletin notes three new houses of worship in that State,—one at Liberty, one at Onawa, and a portable tabernacle at Davenport.
DURING six months ending in January, thirty-two members were added to the church at Artichoke, Minn., under the labors of Brother A. J. Stone.

BROTHER C. B. RULE, a West Virginia laborer, reports as follows to the Monitor: “I thought a line from the work in this city would give you courage. We have prayed for the Lord to guide us, and openings have been made for four cottage prayer meetings, and others want us to come.” It would have added to the interest of this good report if the Monitor had mentioned what city is thus receiving the truth; but practically it makes no difference, asin every city and to every creature must this Gospel of the kingdom be preached for a witness, and then will the end come. So says the Master.
