God’s Blessed Word

God’s blessed Word is written, dear soul, to you. Its messages of warning, its pure and holy precepts, its precious promises, are all to you as an individual. He never intended that it should be sifted or filtered through council, or creed, or pope, or priest, to you. He wants you to open your own heart and drink it in as does the rose the sunshine, and the lily the dew.
