One of the youngest delusions in the world in name is “Christian Science.” Its Boston parent church now numbers 10,000. January 2, 2,400 members were added. Its church building cost $221,000, built on land valued at $40,000. The rapid spread of this perversion of both Christianity and science shows the unsettled condition of the religious world, and the little hold true common-sense Bible religion has upon many. This is one of the signs of the last days. Persecution or misrepresentation will not cure those who are under its spell; only the pure, mighty Gospel of Christ is effectual.
