The Bible Never Becomes Obsolete

By Prof. Phelps

If the Bible be an inspired volume, it is inspired for a purpose. If inspired for a purpose, it is divinely fitted for that purpose. If fitted to that purpose, it is a compend of the truths most necessary to the world through all time. Such a volume can never be obsolete in the pulpit of the future. It will be as fresh to the last man as to you or me.
