BROTHER H. M. SMITH, of Mandan, N. D., feels it to be his duty to warn our brethren of a man lately in the Dakotas and Montana, borrowing money on false pretenses. He is described as having a club-foot, is about forty years old, very dark complexion, black moustache and eyes. He has given his name as "H. C. Walker" and H. C. Clark."
