HE KNOWETH ALL.

BY FAITH FARLEIGH.
O tired heart, He knoweth all The long, hard way; He knows what shadows, like a pall, Darken thy day! He sees life's earliest violets fade, The sunlight falter from the glade, The desolations storms have made,— He knoweth all.
He sees each hope that fades and dies Like autumn leaves, And watches o’er in loving wise Each heart that grieves. He heeds the faintest soul that prays, And, though He leads in unknown ways, Thou mayest trust Him for the days Who knoweth all.
—Golden Rule.
