An Important Question

An Important Question.

The question discussed in these pages is a vitally important one in both church and state, and even more so to every individual. The Sabbath question is not a mere question of days as such; but behind the question of days lies the authority of God, the power of his word to regenerate and uphold,—the vital facts of the Christian religion and man’s salvation. He who rejects the great facts of creation will reject the Creator in regeneration or re-creation, of which the Sabbath is a sign. As believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, Creator and Redeemer, we beseech you, reader, to peruse carefully the articles in this paper, compare them with the word of God; and act accordingly; and may God by his Spirit guide you.
