STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING.

A SPECIAL meeting of the stockholders of the Rural Health Retreat (incorporated), will be held at the Rural Health Retreat, near St. Helena, Napa County, Cal., on Thursday, the nineteenth day of December, 1895, at 12 o'clock m., for the purpose of considering the advisability of placing the institution under the management of the General Conference Association of Seventh-day Adventists, and also for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting.
