Puzzling Questions.

It might be well for the California Sabbath Association to consider this question—anyhow we will propound it,—When this “Christian nation” is prepared to adopt “Christian laws,” what tribunal shall decide what is “Christian” and what is not? If the majority is to decide this, they may adopt the “Jewish Sabbath,” make it the “American sabbath,” and, the nation being “Christian,” this would make the “Jewish Sabbath” the “Christian sabbath,” wouldn’t it? If not, why not?
