WE have received a bright-looking paper of eight pages, small, published at Chico, Cal., bearing the short title of Pluck. It is an out-and-out prohibition paper, and of course we wish it much success. It raises the standard for the presidential election in this manner: "For President, John B. Finch, of Nebraska. For Vice-President, George W. Bain, of Kentucky." We fear our next President will not be as good a man as John B. Finch.
