MUNCIE.—Since our annual camp-meeting, which was held last September, in Muncie, a strong corps of workers has been looking after the interest created at that time. Meetings have been held each evening since our camp-meeting closed, with the exception of two weeks, when the church was undergoing repairs. During these meetings considerable interest has been manifested to hear the truth. Over seventy-five dollars has been received in contributions. Sabbath, December 1, the first Seventh-day Adventist church was organized in Muncie, with twenty-seven members.
We are now engaged in the second series of meetings, with a good attendance, and an excellent interest. Bible studies are held with those who are interested. Short readings are given two or three times a week, just before preaching. We expect great things from our Lord, who has wrought so wonderfully for us thus far. P. G. STANLEY, F. M. ROBERTS.
