To the Brethren of the Kansas and Missouri Conference.

The time is nearly expired for the payment of our pledges on the tent. There is about $350 subscribed. I have received about $80 in pledges from Kansas. Some have paid. To all I would say, credit will be given through the REVIEW for all monies paid in. Remit in registered letters to Altovista, Mo., or, if thought best, with money order at Gallatin, Mo., to J. H. Mallory. Some have remitted money desiring I would give notice to them. This may not be expected as it would require much time and writing.
Brethren, let us take hold with promptness, though we have but little means and help to run a tent. Let us work until we do have, knowing that there is nothing good or of consequence attained unto but by an earnest, persevering effort. The Lord will open the way for the work to move forward with us when we do what we can. So let us come up to the help of the Lord in all parts and departments of this conference. J. H. ROGERS.
