A Delinquent Subscriber Pays His Arrears

In a late exchange we find the following: “A ‘delinquent’ writes:— ‘While the lamp holds out to burn, The vilest sinner may return,’ and pay for his paper. Please find enclosed—, which will pay up to Sept. 16th, 1872.”
