Indian Lake, N. Y.

By W. W. Locke

THERE are a few persons in this place who have commenced to keep the Sabbath of the Lord. We had our first Sabbath meeting yesterday. There were six testimonies given, and three or four others present that are trying to keep all the commandments. There are twelve in all that have embraced the Sabbath under the labors of Bro. S. B. Whitney. May the Lord lead us into a large place and establish our goings, and to this end we ask the prayers of the faithful. W. W. LOCKE.
