By Smith Sharp

The meeting at this place was a source of encouragement to all who attended. Some of the friends were up from Mound City, but none from Union Town. The Lord gave good freedom in speaking his word. The prayer and social meetings were spirited. Three united with the church, and we earnestly desire that Bro. T. J. Butler call at the close of tent labor, and attend to the ordinance of baptism.
