Large Newspaper Presses Built by R. Hoe & Co

R. Hoe & Co., of New York, manufacturers of all the largest and best presses for newspaper printing made in the world, have recently made a press for a Mr. E. Lloyd of Lloyd’s Newspaper, of London, that will print 22,000 papers in one hour, on both sides. The proprietors of the London Standard have ordered six of these presses, to work off the edition of their paper. They must have quite a “right smart chance” of a circulation, since with these six presses they can print 132,000 papers per hour.
