From Nov. 14 to Dec. 2, 1874, I was laboring in Bridgewater, Linneus, Smyrna Mills, and Patten. The meetings were generally good and interesting. The most of our brethren and sisters were firm and still holding on to the truth. A few had given up in discouragement. Some new ones became interested. One (a school teacher) commenced to keep the Sabbath at Linneus. There are honest souls in every direction, who will obey the truth when they have a chance to hear. Calls are coming in for help. The people say they want to hear, and where are the laborers? How can any person that can present this truth to the people stay at home? J. B. Goodrich.
