Health Reform Institute Stockholder Dividend Notice

The Shareholders of the Health Reform Institute are hereby notified that the Directors have declared a dividend, on all stock paid up before the 1st of May, 1867, at the rate of ten per cent. per annum, to be computed from the date of actual payment, which is held subject to their order.
