Resignation.

AFTER due consideration, I am fully satisfied that my circumstances will not permit me to properly discharge the duties of director of Dist. No. 4, Ohio T. & M. Society. I do therefore hereby resign my office to the president, feeling assured that he will be able to appoint a person better capable of discharging the duties of this responsible office. GEORGE SMITH.
