DEAR BRETHREN: Circumstances over which I have no control make it necessary that I leave the Conference for a season. Bro. Decker has appointed sister Mattie Babcock, of Avon, Rock Co., Wis., secretary in my place. All T. & M. reports should be made to her.
Dear brethren, I hope you will accord to my successor that ready helping hand you have ever been so willing to extend to me. Keep your organization intact. It is a powerful agency in the spread of this truth. I hope to meet you again. God bless you.
