VIRGINIA TENT.

By E. B. Lane; J. O. Corliss

THE work here is still onward. During the last week we have held thirteen meetings. On Sunday, the congregation was estimated at eight hundred. The country is stirred for miles around. We have never had so many pressing calls for labor as now. Two Sabbath meetings were held, one at Newport, the other in the tent, with good attendance. We think the omens favorable for a good work here.
