General Tract Society.

THIS organization was designed to take the general supervision of the Societies in the several States, and to extend its influence beyond the boundaries of the State Societies. But its influence has been nearly lost for want of the proper persons at head-quarters to promptly act as officers of the general Society. Eld. S. N. Haskell and sister Maria Huntley could fill this vacancy were they in Battle Creek, and could increase their sphere of usefulness tenfold.
