Our European Press.

With much interest have I watched the slowly-increasing list of hundred-dollar subscribers, for a press in Europe, anxious to see it filled, though it is not in my power to take a share. Now I see that fifteen more will fill the call; and I hope there will be a desire on the part of many to take up this stock, before the books are closed. Come, brethren, press in. It is a real privilege to have a share in the good work; but should you be too late for a share in this ten thousand dollars for the press, yet there will be room for your donations in the European Mission. God bless (and he will and does bless) his servants that have left home and friends to labor for the salvation of foreigners, and strangers. Let us sympathize with them in their self-denial and sacrifice; and let us give to our sympathy a tangible form. Who that believes present truth will not make a strong and persistent effort to spread it to the earth’s remotest bounds? But our opportunities are swiftly passing; soon it will be too late. May God help us to feel the importance of this hour, and give us an individual part in his work. R. F. Cottrell.
