NEBRASKA

Dodge County.

THE first Sabbath and first-day in this month I held meetings with the friends of the cause in this county. Omens of reform and advancement here are of an encouraging nature. A church of sixteen members was organized, composed of Americans and Danes. Brn. Anderson and Midaugh were chosen and set apart to the office of elder and deacon. Others are keeping the Sabbath, who, I think, will be added to this company.
The 14th and 15th inst. I spent with the Stromsburg church, it being the timeof their quarterly meeting. Three were baptized, and added to the church.

Table Rock.

SINCE I closed my meetings at Humboldt, I have been holding meetings at this place. Quite an interest is manifested. We hope for good results. The good work is progressing in this part of the field. Calls for help are coming from all directions. Have courage, brethren. Be in earnest. Watch unto prayer. God will prosper his cause, and send more laborers to help us.
