Father Hyacinthe's Petition to Lecture in France

Father Hyacinthe has been in correspondence with the French Government, since last November upon an application for permission to lecture in France. The permission was repeatedly denied, but finally the père has been notified that he will be allowed to speak on moral questions, but not on doctrines.
