Darlington, Tent No. 1, Sept. 17.
YESTERDAY Eld. Johnson, Disciple minister, preached that the moral law is abolished. Bro. Bartlett reviewed him before a large audience, with great success. Our first Sabbath meeting was an impressive one. Tears were freely shed. Our congregation Sunday night was very large, the large tent being crowded. One hundred and twenty horses could be counted near the tent.
A celebrated spiritualist attended our meeting Sabbath eve, and when we called for votes in favor of the seventh-day Sabbath he voted for that day, and then, becoming confused, voted against it, but at last took a decided stand in favor of the seventh day.
