The saloonists in Iowa and Kansas have changed their tune. A few months ago they were shouting lustily: "Prohibition don't prohibit!" Now they are demanding just as loudly: "Give us compensation for ruining our business!" If prohibition does not prohibit, how can it ruin the rum traffic?
