Brethren and Sisters, what are we doing? Shall we idle away our time till the next quarterly meeting, and then have another blank? or will Dist. No. 4 be on time? If you cannot do much, do what you can. The Lord is soon coming, and shall we be like the foolish virgins that let their lamps go out, and were not ready when the bridegroom came? Shall we let the cares of this life keep us out of the kingdom of God? If we would gain a place in the everlasting kingdom, which is soon to be set up, let us go to work; let us have a good report at the close of the quarter. Are there Sabbath-keepers in Dist. No. 4 who do not belong to the tract society? If so, we want your names immediately.
