Newark.

SABBATH, Sept. 28, was a good day for the brethren at Newark. Several loads came from Serena. After the morning services, eight were buried with their Lord in baptism. And if we can judge from the expressions of joy uttered by these penitent believers, they realized to some extent the promise recorded in Acts 2:38, 39.
This evening, the 29th, we commence a series of meetings in Bro. Foreman's neighborhood. Remember us in your prayers.
