Milton.

In company with Bro. R. S. Webber I held meetings in this place, Sept. 18 to 29. Our meetings were profitable. Seven commenced to keep the Sabbath. One, the second assessor of the plantation, took a decided stand for the truth, and himself and wife and five others were buried with Christ by baptism.
We organized a church, also S. S. We expect to see better days in Milton. The Lord has come very near to his people, and those that embraced the truth under the labors of Bro. Webber one year ago last winter have been greatly encouraged. To the Lord be all the praise.
