Nero's Wish.

It is said of Nero that he wished all the Roman people had but one neck, that he might cut off the heads of all at one blow. So we wish that all the unfaithful church clerks and other delinquent officers who will not report, and so make the church statistics imperfect, could all be gathered together that the Conference might take off their official heads at one blow, and put faithful men or women in their places.
