REMEMBER THIS.

TO THE BRETHREN IN ILLINOIS.

1. That the quarterly meetings for our various churches are right upon us.

2. That in order to have the blessing of God upon us it is necessary to prepare to meet the Lord at the meeting. See Gen. 35: 1-3; Ex. 19: 10; Heb. 10: 22.

3. That our State has been divided into six sections, and a minister located in each one of these sections.

4. That it has been thought best for the churches to send their reports directly to the minister located in their section, so that he may examine them before sending to the State secretary.

5. That the time to report is the first Monday after the quarterly meeting. “Cursed be he that doeth the work of the Lord negligently.”

As I am located in northern Illinois my permanent post-office address will be Rockford, Ill.
