Temblor: The Spanish Word for Earthquake

“Temblor.”—The word “temblor” is a Spanish word meaning earthquake. It is commonly used throughout the Pacific Coast region. Some of our Eastern exchanges get it “trembler,” “tremblor,” and elsewise; but the proper Spanish word is “temblor.”
