Watching for the Lord’s Coming

ALL our watching must have reference to the coming of the Lord. In all things we must be diligent and faithful, to the end that we may not be ashamed before him at his appearing. How soon shall all our opportunities for serving and glorifying God terminate? How soon shall we appear before the judgment-seat of Christ to receive according to the deeds done in the body? 'Let us therefore not sleep as do others, but let us watch and be sober.'—Sel.
