TEN kept the Sabbath yesterday, seven signed the covenant, and there are more yet to come. The Methodist pastor keeps promising that at some future time (probably when the Adventists are gone!) that he will prove(?) from the Bible the soul's immortality. Thus is Ezek. 13:6 fulfilled. We hope for a church here that will hold up the light in San Joaquin county. B. A. STEPHENS. March 17, 1878.
