Honolulu, H. I.

From a business letter to the SIGNS Office, from Brethren LaRue and Scott, our Honolulu missionaries, we cull the following items of interest:—
"The work here is increasing, so please increase our club of Signs to fifty copies. We are also using Tent-Meeting Journals and old Reviews and Instructors to good advantage in ship work. We have obtained twenty-eight subscribers for the Signs, and sold fifteen copies of 'Sunshine at Home.' We have delightful weather; the climate is lovely, take it altogether. Vegetables grow very quickly; we have eaten peas and cucumbers of our own raising, and our sweet potatoes and peanuts look well."
To CURE MELANCHOLY.—Set about doing good. One act of kindness will have more influence on the spirits than all the soft-water baths that were ever invented.
