The Pacific Health Journal comes out this year in a very neat and new engraved cover. It has dropped the sub-title, "Temperance Advocate," but this does not mean that it will not advocate temperance. It will, as ever, be a staunch advocate of every true and laudable reform in the matter of diet and drink. Its list of contributors is increasing, and it gives promise of being more useful the year to come than it has in the past. It should be in every home on the Pacific Coast. Price, only $1.00 a year.
