NOTICE.—After November 13, 1894, my post office address will no longer be in care of Pacific Press Publishing Co., Oakland, Cal., but Bogota, U. S. of Columbia, South America, care of John T. Abbott, U. S. Minister. Postage on letters, 5 cents for each one-half ounce. Papers and other printed matter, 1 cent for each 2 ounces or fraction thereof. This must be fully prepaid. FRANK C. KELLEY.
