God has borne emphatic witness to the souls who have not known Him, in the English world, for three hundred and more years, in the testimony of Himself in His Book. But His law of witness is twofold; the complement of the Book is His people, in which that Word is written in new hearts, new lives, holy motives, and righteous deeds.
