Caution to Writers.

CORRESPONDENTS, to insure attention to their manuscripts, should write on one side of the paper only, and specially avoid writing up and down, on opposite sides of the sheet. A MS. is often lost to use by being so written.
Those who send business on Postal Cards should not write any more than the address on the face of the card. Postmasters are not required to forward cards with any thing more than the address on the face. Persons so writing and losing their business may know the reason. J. H. W.
