THE quarterly meeting at this place passed off well. On the Sabbath there was quite a good number present. Nearly all of those who were absent were unavoidably so, most of them by sickness. The celebration of the ordinances was a precious season. Evening after the Sabbath we had a tract and missionary meeting, and Sunday evening after the discourse, in a very few minutes $70 were pledged to the British mission. The dime tabernacle had already been favored with the pledges of many of the friends.
