LOVE YE ONE ANOTHER.

By L. Kingsley

HAVE I loved my sister, brother, With the love that Jesus gives? Have I sought to help another With the Christ that in me lives?

Have I sought to help the fallen, Who are weak and feel oppressed? Have I offered kindly greeting As I should?—'Tis Christ's behest.

Have I sought to soothe the spirit Of that aching Christian heart? Have I shared the love God gives me With the one that's in the dark?

Jesus, this is my petition: Help me now, and evermore, To impart Thy love and kindness To the weak from heartfelt store.

Jesus, draw me close, yea, closer, To Thy precious loving heart; Make of me a loving helper To the one that's in the dark. —L. Kingsley, in N. Y. Indicator.
