Baldwin Expedition Prepares Polar Dash

Explorer Evelyn B. Baldwin, of the Baldwin-Zeigler north polar expedition, arrived at Honningsvag, Norway, on August 1, from a partially successful trip far into the Arctic. He says that a number of enormous depots of condensed food have been established at different places in a line toward the pole. These will furnish the means for what is hoped to be a successful dash for the pole in 1903.
