The Reign of King Jesus

By Editor

The Series of articles on "History of Government," by Alonzo T. Jones, closes with this issue. We hope they have received the attention their importance demands. There is every kind of government offered to man in these days. Satan holds out to man as he did to the Son of Man, "all the kingdoms of the world," and promises man all this authority (Luke 4:5, 6), but their acceptance meant bondage then, and it no less means bondage now to all who look to them as the hope of the world. The only hope of the world is the reign of King Jesus; first of all in each individual heart, and then universally.
