2353.—E. L. D.—2300 Days.—For the beginning of the 2300 days of Dan. 8:14 see Bible-reading in the SIGNS of Jan. 8, 1908. The beginning of that period of time is shown in Dan. 9:25. The commandment to restore and build Jerusalem went forth in B.C. 457. Ezra 7:7. It is impossible to tell within a few days of the very date of the beginning. It came somewhere in the seventh month, about the time of the day of atonement.
