Catholic Vote and the Republican Party

The Roman Catholic "Western Watchman" predicts in a strong editorial the handwriting on the wall to the Republican party. It has been felt by many who have given attention to the matter, that the Republican party came into power largely because the Roman Catholic vote was swung their way. If we are to take the Western Watchman editorial as representative of Catholic feeling, it certainly looks as tho it would be swung to the other side if the policy of that church seemed to demand it.
