A New Sabbath Keeper’s Resolve

Sister M. M. Elmondorph writes from Homer, Mich., April 20th, 1858: "I feel that God in his tender mercy spared my unprofitable life to hear the last message of mercy. I trust I have been profited by it. It is about six months since I commenced keeping the Sabbath. I mean by the grace of God to be up and doing while the day lasts, knowing that the night will overtake us wherein no man can work. I mean to get on the whole armor of God, and have my lamp trimmed and burning."
