Sustaining the Cause

Bro. H. Gardner writes from Bristol, Vt., April 28th, 1858: "As we see the wants of the cause we feel that every one should make an effort without any delay to sustain the truth and send it out to others. As we have read the appeals to the church from Bro. White and others, we have felt deeply to regret that our circumstances are such at the present time that we cannot do more; but our prayer is that the way may soon be opened for us to do more. We mean to heed the solemn warning in the last Review, and do with our might what our hands find to do."
