Having finished our labor here for the present, we took down our tent Monday, Sept. 8, and shipped it to camp-meeting. Have labored here about two months under many disadvantages, but the Lord has been with us. Have held sixty-one public meetings which have resulted in ten more Sabbath keepers, five of whom have signed the covenant and with the six already here make eleven. Organized a Sabbath-school with a present attendance of twenty-five. Presented the Bible system of finance and fourteen signed the S. B. pledge. The brethren and sisters are much encouraged. We leave many friends in this place.
We are now on our way to camp-meeting and will stop a few days to labor with the brethren in Colusa county.
We go, trusting that the good seed which has been sown will come forth and bear much fruit for the kingdom of glory.
